The elevator was out of order. As a person with health conditions, climbing 3 flights of stairs was bad. Nothing was done for this inconvenience. I reserved a queen studio. The bed slept like a standard full.
IT WAS GOOD FOR THE PRICE , ELEVATOR WASNT WORKING , COULD NOT ENTER THROUGH THE DOORS NEAR OUR ROOM, SMELLED MOLDY AND TUB AND TOILET DRAINED SLOW.

When we arrived at 11pm, the Elevator was out of service. Only room was on 3rd floor. We were not able to manage the stairs so had to find another motel.
The lobby smelt like mildew, the bathroom needed updates and the bed was not comfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to provide a first floor room for us. The room was clean, but very well used could use some updating . The elevator has been done for several months per the front desk although there is no mention of this on Expedia's site when booking the room.
I stayed in this hotel in 2018 and it was great. July 2024, not so great. Sone of the staff was nice but most of them were very unfriendly. The breakfast may as well not been served.
The Elevator was not working. I didn't know I would get a room on the 3rd floor which used to or still allowing smoking. The entire floor smelled like tobacco. It was nice the attendant allowed me to check in an hour early.
This property is overpriced. It was the worse stay. The elevator wasn’t working and I was placed on the 3rd floor. I wasn’t notified about the elevator until I checked in. The front office said the elevator would be down for the next couple of months. The hotel is dirty. I didn’t eat breakfast due to the cleanliness of the hotel..lack of. The AC wasn’t working on the staircase and the AC wasn’t working in the hallway after climbing 3 flight of stairs. I do not recommend this hotel to a field rat.
