Pretty room, good online service, but check in process has room to improve. I suppose I would receive email with check in instruction before I arrive but I didn't receive it until early next morning. So I had to call them to get access code. Luckily for me, the main entrance was not shut when I arrived - I didn't know it's supposed to be closed at the time, so I could call in yhe lobby. Otherwise I had to call on the street in over 100F hot day without any shade. They responded my request to book a cab on the morning I check out pretty quickly, so I take it as isolated issue. One funny thing is there's no desk or table or what so ever to put things on, so I had to put all my luggages and bags on floor and it wasn't convenient. I hope they consider to put in some sort of desk/table in the room. It's abit off from the main attractions but within walking distance. Overall, it's nice place to stay in Merida.

Bien situé par contre comme les heures de disponibilités sont restreintes un guide sur les services à proximité tel restaurant, épicerie etc. Aurait été apprécié. L’accès à une cafetière et un frigidaire serait bien. Faites la promotion de votre patio avec 2 tables dans le centre de la résidence, nous l’avons découvert après 2 jours ce qui est parfait pour un lunch à l’habitation. Nous avons été chanceux, stationnement dans la rue disponible à notre arrivée.

A localização é muito boa, o hotel é super limpo e aconchegante, tem uma área pequena para co-working e um espaço para sentar com mesas e cadeiras ao lado dos quartos. O único que senti falta foi uma mesinha e cadeira no quarto que ficamos.
