Not a fancy hotel but the room was immaculate and well equipped. Cannot beat the location. Right on the male on. Most rooms (ones with balconies) have an ocean view. Courteous and efficient staff. Will definitely recommend and return next time I visit Progreso.

Right on the beach. Friendly staff, expect high humidity levels being so close to the gulf, but a 2 minute walk to the water.

Great location right on the malecón. Clean hotel. Only real complaint was the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. Handle for shower door was missing. Entry door jam could be more secure. I would stay there again despite those issues. Good valué & friendly service!

The check-in was seamless as well as check out. The room had very little amenities. Parking was awkward upon parking people would ask you for money for security and arriving back later in the evening again it was panhandlers asking for money to insure security of your vehicle.
