Vine a un evento de Triatlón en la ciudad y el hotel queda muy cerca de lanza a de meta por eso lo elegí. Pero no me permitieron hacer late checkout ni siquiera les interesó hacer el esfuerzo de investigar si se podía. Solo pedía un par de horas para bañarme y arreglar las cosas para regresar.

Our experience was TERRIBLE due to the fact that almost all days we struggled to get hot water (yes in a "premium hotel") to take a shower. Sometimes water pressure was minimal, most times water was at best mildly warm. Sometimes it was pretty cold. This happened ALL TEN DAYS regardless of the several different actions (at least that's what we were told) to fix the problem. It was a nightmare and we will never come back to this hotel or recommend anybody to go. Hope this helps.

The staff were excellent. The hotel is new and the rooms had a lot of space, plus modern bathrooms with good water pressure which was not available elsewhere.

Disfruté mucho mi estadía en el Hotel Kavia Premium.  Tiene una ubicación fenomenal, cerca de restaurantes, tiendas, atracciones, bancos, todo caminando; además es seguro y tiene un buen estacionamiento. Todos los empleados de recepción fueron amables y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a colaborar con nosotros.  Igualmente, las chicas de housekeeping que todos los días mantuvieron la habitación muy limpia y organizada. ¡Gracias!  Me gustó mucho el restaurante Luuch para los desayunos, allí degusté deliciosos platos de la gastronomía yucateca (los huevos motuleños mis favoritos), servidos por unos empleados súper atentos y simpáticos.   Como áreas de oportunidad está el baño. No hay agua caliente y deben mejorar la iluminación – son pocas luminarias y de la manera que están instaladas crean sombras.  Igualmente, el desagüe de la ducha no funciona adecuadamente por lo que se crea un desagradable empozamiento de agua que solo se va cuando las chicas de housekeeping lo trapean. Otra área por mejorar es el aislamiento de sonido entre las habitaciones. De camino a mi habitación escuchaba los televisores de las otras habitaciones e incluso a medianoche escuché perfectamente el ataque de tos que le dio al huésped de la habitación contigua.
