Great Service

Hot water might be called warm rather than hot. Shower head was corroded with lime resulting in low and erratic sprays. The service from Mario, as well as others made up for any shortcomings. Central location was preferable for walking and numerous restaurants nearby. I would not hesitate to return.

Beds we comfortable, rooms were clean, great location! The only thing that could have been better was the pool area, pool was dirty and not very inviting. decent hotel if you plan on doing a lot of sightseeing and need a clean room and bed, wouldn’t choose it as a place of relaxtion

Room facilities is old and not so clean. The sink drainage is poor. The worst issue is bedbugs which bit several spots of the neck at the 1st night. The next morning we showed the bedbug bites spots of the neck to the front desk girl to request changing the room. She finally changed the room for us. But the air conditioner is old and very noise. Luckily there is no bedbugs after changing the room.

La habitación que nos entregaron estaba sucia, las cortinas estaban manchadas de algo, el piso tambien, como si se hubiera caído agua y alguien hubiera pasado sobre ahi, la tina del baño tambien tenía manchas, y la secadora que estaba en el cuarto no funcionaba. Cuando estábamos por entregar el cuarto escuchamos como si se estuviera tirando agua del baño. Fuera de eso, el hotel esta muy bien localizado, el personal muy amable y servicial
