What a beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast at Rainbird restaurant was excellent. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay.

Crazy experience first the most of the parking was assigned to valet. Second they gave us a used room and when i went down the front desk she said if i could wait for them to clean it!!! I was like what! Then she came with the idea of upgrading to a bigger suit but will cost me $40. I told her what if i didnt expect to spend that extra money what should i do! She split the cost to 20 which its not cool because i shouldn't be dealing with dirty rooms. My girlfriend woke up with itching skin how would a nice hotel have bed bugs like that. Next time i would save my money and go to motel 6 better.

This hotel is wonderful - staff are great, the design is homely and modern, very clean and everything in the room worked The food in the rainbird restaurant was fabulous- we had dinner and breakfast both were in perfect as was the service Staff overall were very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this hotel - it's great value compared to the big hotel brands and just a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the breakfast at Rainbird was excellent. However we stayed in the 3rd floor and we can hear footsteps from the rooms above, but overall great place! We will for sure come back!

Very nice environment, a warm inviting atmosphere. I especially like the walk in shower. I do think a microwave would be a nice addition. Some better choices to view on the TV would also be nice. Otherwise, very comfortable and a central location.

The El Capitan is reliably clean and comfortable with lovely decor. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The restaurants serve well prepared, fresh foods. Only drawback, the midnight train whistle, but the hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs for that.
