We stayed over the Christmas holiday. It was a bit challenging from an onsite food situation because they weren't correctly advertising of the second food location the hours of service. We understand that some of that may have to do with miscommunication about hours during the Christmas holiday but it was still disappointing. Besides this no concerns great view of the River, friendly and responsive staff.

Wow , what a beautiful room and view ! We really enjoyed the atmosphere! The Valet team is top-notch and we enjoed some nice drinks from the Bar located right inside. Conveniently close to Fedex Forum where we watched the Dallas Mavericks vs Memphis Grizzlies game. Such a wonderful time.

Perfect for Memphis!
Amazing and love the ropes. The stay was clean and cozy. We could walk to so many things and if not walkable there are rental scooters everywhere. We had a blast and will be back!!

The Hyatt Centric is perfectly located walking distance between Beale St and the Mississippi River. The room was clean and exactly as advertised. If you’re looking to dine out and explore there are a lot of nice restaurants walking distance, no need to drive. If you don’t want to go out, the hotel has dining options too! Staff is great, Jesus was exceptional during check in, warm and friendly, service like that is a reason to come back! Thank you Hyatt for a perfect NYE evening.

The front desk did not answer the phone nor did housekeeping at night. Jesus was really great and also the young lady that works in the lobby restaurant. The bedroom light under the bed did not work at all which is one of the nice perks for staying at the hotel and getting up at night to use the restroom. I have stayed here previously and this time the hotel vibe and environment seemed different.
