I was surprised the walkway was icy. I saw Hu served breakfast but not an additional charge of $10. No menu. Short hours. The parking was inconvenient to get to, no ice on floor, glasses in room so small, ran out of sodas to buy, musty smell in sink, concerned about mold, the battery for smoke alarm was beeping,, fixed quickly, given good advice from staff, food getting around.

Love the HU

I always choose to stay at the HU. The location is perfect for a night out. The staff is always so inviting and helpful! Even though we are local, a stay at the HU is always a must!

Propert is lovely. Great check in experience. Only issue is thick sheets of ice on the street in front of the hotel, which can be dangerous. Given the extreme and unusual cold weather, i can't really fault the hotel for this, but it was a challenge.

This was absolutely horrible! My husband is disable and they wanted us to park in a parking deck and walk back to their hotel! The room only had one tv and it supposed to have been a junior sweet!! It had the worst smell ever! I do not suggest the hotel we didn’t even stay we got our refund and left
