The room was very clean and quiet and the staff was great! I got an upgrade after a small snafu with my originally booked room and I was very happy with it. The breakfast was awesome! I rarely see turkey sausage on a hotel breakfast buffet.

Property is being updated but looks like in some areas the construction is being completed so fast they are not paying attention to details. Coukd do a better job. The breakfast is eggs, sausage and buicuits with a wide selection of pastries.

Hotel is currently being renovated (some floors). Noisy. Lots of renovation debris outside. Elevators were dirty. Toilet in bathroom did not flush well. Room had a foul odor.

The hotel was under construction, the toilet broke in our room and flooded the bathroom, a construction worker came in to our room in the middle of the night and had a universal key to enter every room in the hotel, the electricity went out in the entire building for several hours, and was completely dark. They had Halloween decorations in massive amounts all over the main lobby that was inappropriate and embarrassing. The elevator had a button that was sticking out with a spring behind it (code violation)!

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and courteous the staff was! Very impressed! Although there was a maintenance cart in my room upon arrival it was immediately corrected and the front desk person apologized for the inconvenience repeatedly! Will definitely stay again!

When I opened the door to my room, there was an overwhelming stench of mold and mildew so bad that I stepped back into the hall immediately. I noticed the window blind had water stains almost as if there had been a flood. I shut the door and went back downstairs. They gave me a second room in which the smell of mold was almost as bad. At that point, I went on the app and booked a different hotel. I truly could not imagine the health consequences from sleeping there overnight. The person behind the desk was nice and it was not her fault. A sign said they were doing renovations and I can only hope it's to get rid of the mold.

Hotel was in the middle of a renovation and the room we were in was dated and in need of updating. Staff was professional. Neighborhood near the hotel is depressed. The gate on the parking lot was unexpected but welcome.
