Double charged again
I get double charged if I did not check my account that evening. I would have walked out, not knowing until later. This is the second time that the Hilton's same hotel, double charge me. They handled it professionally, but the second time This has happened.

The hotel is very modern. It seems more to date then some of the other offerings in Memphis. The only downfall is they dont havr complimentary breakfast. Breakfast dtarys at $17. So disappointing

Room had exposed pipes in the cieling by the window. Coffee stains splashed on the walls. Head board was dirty. They had to change our room twice. Waited too long to check in but they gave my wife and I a free breakfast to compensate. Pool and gym was great.
