The rooms were dirty 😩 and there were clearly people on drugs inside and outside of the lobby You need to stay in the city The locals told me this was a dangerous location

Very quiet and orderly. Neatly kept grounds and friendly staff. Very family oriented establishment which seems geared to large groups. Mildly surprised how comfortable and quiet it was for the middle of the city.

I never did get to stay they wouldn’t let me check in I was in limbo for hours after driving hours for travel. The front desk staff was rude. Walked away while I was talking to him. Expedia called several times to get a refund or resolve with no response. I had to rebook a room after waiting hours with no response at another location and incurred more fees money’s spent. I spoke with 5 different people via chat this morning from 6am until 9:23am To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. My time wasted and disrespected wasn’t a part of my scheduled day. Not sure if I will be a customer any longer.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I’m disabled and not accommodating at all. Mold growing in refrigerator and shower. A/C not working correctly. Very hot in room. Was told it was normal. Employees very rude. Wil never use choice hotels again!!
