The staff was excellent! The cleanliness was decent. The only issues I had was the lack of quality maintenance in the room. The shower caulking was nasty and therefore unable to be cleaned well. The bathroom flooring was missing grout and again not cleaned well due to that. The carpet was a tripping hazard as it was very loose and had small rolls in it. The breakfast was lovely as usual and again, the staff is always great.

I stayed at this property before and enjoyed it very much. This time was no different with one exception- breakfast. I prefer accommodations that include breakfast to allow me an easier start to the day. I was there three days and the for first two ( weekdays) the breakfast options were disappointing. Tasteless precooked cheese omelets and “egg patties”. Saturday’s scrambled eggs were a step above. That said, everything else was perfect. Staff VERY quickly replaced my non-functioning refrigerator and every single day I was greeted by front desk staff, coming and going. My room was kept exceptionally clean by the lovely lady assigned to my room. I would highly recommend this hotel - just be prepared for the less than perfect breakfast options.
