First place we've ever stayed at where we have had no human interaction with the staff. Checked in online before arrived in Melbourne, checked out with no interaction. Elevators were slow and small. Kids running a wii wild but overall nothing to complain about

The Victoria is a good 3.5 Star establishment. Our room was large enough (we didn’t need to swing a cat). En-suite bathroom was well-appointed. Foyer was spacious. Lifts were efficient. Dining and breakfasts were very satisfactory and good value. Location in city was excellent. We would stay again.

Hotel located inside the CBD area. You can take a free tram ride around the papular views. It's close to everything! Only negative thing is the WIFI signal is very weak in room and lobby. It slows down traveler's time to make plans and communicate to the other.
