When I arrived, the front desk staff were very rude, with bad attitudes and unfriendly expressions. On top of that, they made me wait a long time and didn’t explain what my reservation included. They also didn’t give me a map of the place or offer information about the types of restaurants available at the hotel. Additionally, valet parking was extremely expensive, and they didn’t offer general parking for guests, which was very inconvenient because I arrived with my car and was forced to pay for valet parking, which was almost the same price as the room per night. The hotel looked very luxurious but felt old, and the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Honestly, I did not like this place at all.
