Certainly service was better than the last time we stayed (1 week ago) but we always find that the staff out the front of the Hotel greeting car arrivals do not acknowledge anyone arriving or leaving the Hotel on foot. Other hotels are very good at this.

No one ever greets you at the front of the hotel if you don’t come by car ( in 8 stays in 12 months ). Go to the Langham Sydney for staff training in how to meet and greet!

Inflexible and stressful
Due to a family emergency my partner and I had to leave a couple of hours into our stay. We couldn't transfer the booking, couldn't recieve a partial refund and couldn't even get something as token tier as the prepaid buffet breakfast refunded which we never recieved.
