Getting a bit tired compared to other offerings. Poor room service - didn’t replenish consumables and didn’t wash coffee cup (just put a paper lid on it - who was going to drink 1/10 cup of cold coffee? Though it seemed lazy).

Absolutely loved the stay. Their room service scotch fillet steak is really good and cooked to perfection. The pool and spa is always clean. But i wish they had a mixed gender sauna as i would have liked to use it with my girlfriend. Apart from that small thing everything was perfect.

Rooms are well maintained for an older hotel. The bed was ultra comfortable and the room was very well cleaned. All hotel staff were friendly and helpful over the 4 days I spent at the hotel. I was offered early check in on arrival since my room was ready without having to ask which was highly appreciated early in the morning. The location was great catching cars as you don’t have to worry about CBD gridlock.

The Langham is perfectly situated on Southbank, fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes all around. We had a lovely stay and will be booking here again. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice hotel but rooms needs updating

The Hotel is in the perfect place for exploring the city and the south bank of the river. A range of restaurants etc nearby on the riverbank. The hotel itself was very nicely set out and impressive on entry, however, once you are inside the rooms they are very dated. Old brown furniture and dated wallpaper. We couldn't believe a hotel of this standard did not have a single USB port in the rooms. The bar prices were comparable with outside bars but had limited seating obviously expecting residents to have food and not just drinks. We did eat in the restaurant on our last night and were pleased we hadn't done that all of the time at A$320 (£160)for a buffet dinner! It served the purpose but we would not return

The place looks old. Very noisy. Footsteps echo, can hear water pipes, toilet flushes, door slamming. Asked for change of room - was told manager would get back to me but failed to do so. No option to know if late check out is possible until morning of check out which makes planning difficult. Never had this anywhere else. Front desk not helpful. Realised was not told when and where breakfast was at checkin so had to find out myself. Only good thing was self serve juicing station at breakfast. Would not come back or recommend.
