When I arrived, the front desk staff were very rude, with bad attitudes and unfriendly expressions. On top of that, they made me wait a long time and didn’t explain what my reservation included. They also didn’t give me a map of the place or offer information about the types of restaurants available at the hotel. Additionally, valet parking was extremely expensive, and they didn’t offer general parking for guests, which was very inconvenient because I arrived with my car and was forced to pay for valet parking, which was almost the same price as the room per night. The hotel looked very luxurious but felt old, and the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. Honestly, I did not like this place at all.

The staxff at check in where the rudest i have come across including the management. Although the room was clean the tv kept turning utself on and there was a constant buzzing noise that made it impossible to sleep. This hotel is not cheap! I expected a lot more

Very comfortable business trip. I stayed for a a week and enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious andthe bed super comfortable. The pool was great and there was ample outside space to relax in. The hotel is nicely located by the river. I'd certainly come again.

The property is lovely and the staff friendly. Location was fantastic easy to walk most places however this was our first holiday with our baby and found housekeeping lacked a lot of attention to detail. We spent more time in the room than we would have previously due to sleep and nap times, our coffee pods weren’t refilled and we had to request them to be twice and then when they were refilled they were all decaf. Towels weren’t replenished and the clocks changed during our stay and housekeeping never bothered to change the clock. I know they are little things but as I said attention to detail was lacking and for parents spending extended time in the room you start to notice these things. We had a 3 night stay and got caffeinated coffee in the room only on arrival needless to say my husband was struggling.

The check-in at the Langham was quick and easy. When I arrived in my hotel room shortly after my check-in, the T.V. was on and a welcome message with my name was on the screen. The video that was showing on the screen explained the amenities of the hotel which was informative. The dinner buffet had a variety of food options. The hotel is conveniently located near the riverfront which makes it just a walk away from a variety of restaurants.

Lovely room in elegant hotel steps from Yarra Riverwalk. Boat cruise right outside the hotel. Enjoyed pool area with cabana and lovely view of the French style train station. There is a new building right next door being built butbut we did not hear any construction noise over 2 weekdays. Steam room, sauna and work out room was wonderful. Short walk to Botanical Gardens and National Gallery of Victoria. Great location.
