The property is quite dated and compared to the Langham we stayed in Sydney the staff and service are fairly poor. I would even go as far as describing most of the staff as passive aggressive most of the time, as if they really didn't want to be there over the holiday period. For what this hotel costs, I don't think it's worth the money.

The Langham was absolutely beautiful to walk into, the staircase was amazing. The staff were amazing. The only thing that could use a little work is the menu in the bar as most of the small bites were seafood which is not helpful if you don’t eat seafood
