Both visits have been for theatre performances in different areas of the city. This hotel was walkable to both. Our booking included car parking which was scarce during the busy time we were visiting. The rooms are a reasonable size and clean. Breakfast was also included.

Room only had one chair for sitting at table. Was very noisy as you hear all the doors banging due to the circular layout. Tv opposite bed so not really viewable from couch. Shower in bath so awkward for oldies. Great pool and spa and otherwise comfy with individual aircon

Always one of our favourite stays at the Stamford, it always feels like home, staff were wonderful and friendly and price affordable, bedd exceptionally comfortable, would be great to see a bit of a facelift tho to the property, a lot of the interior hasnt changed since we first started staying there 24 years ago
