The staff were very rude and unhelpful housekeeping appalling and well below average the room was dusty everywhere bathroom had dried blood on tiles bath was filthy smelt musty a/c not working the only thing I liked was the convenience of central location and spa/sauna would never stay there again nor recommend I’ll stick with my go-to Sofitel any day before returning to this place

They should fix that area very well

Good morning, the photo is supposed to show a large tub but in reality it was small. 1. The first day they did not clean the bathtub and shower, it was full of hair and salts that had been used the day before. 2. The last day I went to the whirlpool I cut my finger because they have some loose tiles. If you sit in front of the TV I had my hands holding onto my hips and then I felt that there was something and I felt around with my hand and cut my finger because that whirlpool is missing a tile.

The property was lovely, bed uncomfortable ended up with sore back from the bed, the buffet breakfast was disgusting, wouldnt have that again but would stay at the property again as it was really nice, everything we wanted to go to was walking distance of the property, it was a lovely staying at Stamford
