Had the best night sleep. Room was quiet, dark and bed so good for me. Easy access to what I needed in the city whether it be restaurants or public transport. Staff were friendly and fast. Always look forward to coming back.

Long established, well maintained property with roomy accomodation including kitchenette. Very professional staff. A nice ambience. Central city location is convenient but the location in Little Collins Street means you have to be prepared for some inner city squalor. Parking costs are expensive if booking through the hotel. We would have liked to be informed of other parking options in the vicinity. Once you have booked parking through the hotel you are locked in to payment, so change of mind is not an option.

Paid extra for a bath and never got a bath.
I paid extra for a bath suite as my wife was visiting for a few nights. Room didn’t have a bathtub and when I said something I was told “that’s strange”. I paid extra per night for nothing?? Aren’t I entitled to reimbursement?

Very Comfortable stay
Extra Large area with kitchenette and separate lounge area. Lovely pool and spa, good gym. Very nice reception and concierge staff. Oddly the kitchen had no cooking equipment although there was a hotplate. Full size fridge was good and microwave.
