Located close to Victoria market with all the good food! Very good value for the money with a kitchen unit in the room. Transportation was close by too. Everything was great! Nothing to complain about.

The buffet breakfast deal, contacted when necessary so as didnt pressure stress over my day and also customer satisfaction was always kept in mind- answering questions and requests as soon as possibly done. Comfortable room. Location was good for the Victoria market and transit. A few maintenance issues - not serious and fixed quickly. Even on the 12th floor the road noise was loud. Overall a nice hotel and nice to have kitchen facilities

This was my third time saying at Pegasus and it wasnt as enjoyable as my first two stays. There were no coat hangers in the cupboard, there was no spare blanket. Very small room, which was hard to share with a child which i stated when making the booking.

Convenient, Central to what we were doing and a nice place but the room we had 1307 the fridge needs looking into very noisy had to disconnect it couldn’t sleep plugged it back into the plug in the wall in the morning, breakfast was good but could be better very good staff at the desk.

Nice clean apartment. Very functional. Great shower and furnture. Close to Vic Market and a 2min walk to woolworth store. Felt safe and secure. Most of all loved big pool and super hot spa that was nice and large. However a certain times of day was compleatly full of little kids. Was school hols though. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding and had to pay adult price for 16yr olds.Staff friendly and helpful.

Overall good stay. Laundry service a little misleading online. It is available but for additional charge and supplies like detergent not included. Otherwise good location. Kitchen was nice to have however was missing basic needs such as salt and pepper. When ask for we were told to buy it ourselves which for us is not worth it for a couple of days stay. Friendly staff otherwise

We liked that the room was serviced daily. The bedrooms were a good size with large comfortable beds. Kitchen was good but lacked coffee machine and dishwasher. Bathroom needs a bench as there was no where to put any toiletries. Living room needs a desk with usb charging points to charge electronic devices.

I like the location of the hotel and how close is to transport and shopping Centers. I was also positively surprised how clean is the place and how professional and friendly are the staff. The only thing I hoped it will be better or more variety is the breakfast buffet.
