It is in a good location, close to Vic markets and generally everything is within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and the huge heated pool was a particular hit with the kids.

Stayed here while my spouse was in flight training. I spent most of the time here solo. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, as I changed my stay several times. They did their best to keep me in the same room, and so grateful for their help. I was having such a great time I kept extending my stay. The breakfast was good. I mostly enjoyed their pastries, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. I didn't try their hot breakfast because I was enjoying other food tours and great local cuisine (tried to keep it light in the morning). The staff was beyond nice and friendly (both evening and morning shifts). Additionally, my apartment was super clean and comfortable. I love the window screens because it allowed for privacy and limited view in from adjacent apartments. Moreover, the location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it gave me purpose to walk to the Queen Victoria Market, and close to free transportation (within the CBD). I would definitely come back to stay here!
The kitchen was fully stocked!
Love that there were two different types of shades for privacy. Very cozy!

Great location and staff support 24/7. Pool and spa facilitates were great and 1 bed apartment was a good size, the only downside was the bed sloped towards the middle. Otherwise apartment facilities and location was great.

Pegasus was a great place to stay. The location was fantastic and the price was amazing for the size of room and location. Parking was very convenient. Pool and gym were also accessible and mostly well maintained. Some gym machines were not functioning properly. The room was not very soundproof. You could hear everything going on the hallway outside the room. Overall though, very impressed with the accomodation and will definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Zero stars if I could - staff doesn’t care. I stayed at Pegasus Apart’Hotel in May 2025 and while the apartment itself was decent, the customer service was extremely disappointing. My group of four accidentally left behind two MAC foundation bottles (over $100 value) and a black microfibre face towel in the bathroom of our 2-bedroom apartment. We are absolutely certain they were left on the glass shelf and towel rack. After returning to Sydney, I called the hotel three times. The first time, I was promised a callback that never came. The second time, I was told nothing was found – which is hard to believe given how clearly the items were placed. On my third call, I explained again and was told by Rohit Vaid that unless I filed a police report, they wouldn’t take further action. Instead of any empathy, I was met with repetition, deflection, and blame. No sincere effort was made to look into the situation or even acknowledge how upsetting it was. I wasn’t asking for much just help recovering personal items. The dismissiveness and lack of accountability were unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like guests are treated as disposable once they check out. What should’ve been a great experience was completely overshadowed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value honesty, service, or basic decency.

Property was very well located and furnished. Very comfortable stay. Only downsides were that they were very particular about check in and took a while to go through all the details, and it was surprising how much noise there was on the 20th floor. The office room I had was too loud from external units to concentrate in or talk on calls without a headset.

Hotel was convenient and well appointed. Themed kids bedroom was a hit and offered console entertainment away from the main lounge. Hotel was very responsive to any concerns raised and promptly sorted out. A bonus was never waiting longer than a minute for a lift to arrive to move between floors. We'd stay here again, well priced for the offering and daily room service added value!

The unit was impressively large - we loved the extra room with a desk that we used as an office and our luggage space. Staff was accommodating and nice. All the amenities were great. Would have really loved a roll of paper towels since we were using the kitchen frequently. Hotel plumbing is a tad old - our shower temp kept fluctuating between cold and hot water during the shower; our bathroom stunk sometimes of sewage, possibly from the drains. Overall quite good, as long as you realize it's an old buildling.
