Great views and excellent service.

The room was spacious and the view up the river and over the city throug the ceiling to floor window was amazing. The executive lounge was good with a selection of canapes in the evening. I was a little disappointed with the shower which was occasionally not hot enough and could do with a better shower head.

Beautiful hotel positioned easy 5 min walk along the Yarra to tram. Then easy access to city, tennis centre etc. Right next to DFO- excellent shopping. Peaceful area but plenty of dining options. Close to the hustle & bustle of city but a nice retreat at the end of the day. Hotel room large, very comfy beds, lovely bathroom, big windows great outlook, auto blinds. Definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, 5 stars all the way!

The Pan Pac is such an excellent 5 star hotel and their service is very good which I couldn’t fault. Despite our fridge overheating, they offered to change/upgrade rooms which we didn’t accept. Staff were nice, polite and they listened. The room was really good with a bath, king bed and spacious bathroom. It was quiet at night and we slept well. Thanks for an excellent stay and we hope to be back in the future :-)
