Basic Details Poor
Quite dissapointed, hade all the plush fiþings and things but missed basic details. Arrived T1 at Melbourne Airport, quite a bit of a rabbit warren to find the hotel and reception, even though you can see the hotel plain as day. Air condition had an annoying high pitch whine so it was tuned off while we slept. Alarm clock has big bright white display, also very annoyining so covered at night. No top sheet just a duvet that just fitted the top of the bed. No lock on the bathroom.

Needed a hotel close to the airport for an early morning departure and this one was perfect. Walkway from hotel to airport made it easy. Very nice looking interiors. Great staff. Good room service meal. Would stay again.

This is the unfriendly hotel with cold staff telling you that I had to pay for my room already did on Expedia took him 20 minutes to figure it out and was presented with a bill and had to go over it again have told all my friends never stay here the pillows are awful stay at the new Novetell at Melbourne airport have posted on all sites not to stay here
