I liked that the pool was undercover so no sun protection was needed. Another good thing was how convenient the breakfast bar was even though we don’t love breakfast.One bad thing was the noise that the construction workers were making early in the morning.Another bad thing was the wifi was inconsistent and sometimes didn’t work.

The breakfast was amazing . The hotel itself looked dull and the corridors were not vaccumed enough. Room was neat and clean but the service lacked effort. Dirty dining plates lying around and unattended to , on corridors. Not very impressed.

Great location. Poor hotel overall, maintenance not attended to. Lifts broken, fire alarm requiring evacuation in the middle of the night, and in the day. Busy reception phone just rings and long queues. Quite disappointing.

One of the lobby lifts was out of service. When we arrived at our room, there was a meal try outside our door from a previous guest. When we left the next day it was still there. On Saturday at about 08:00 construction work on the building centre started with accompanying noise. Other than that, OK.

The hotel is in the centre of the city, only walking distance from all of the major attractions. The trams are free withing the commercial district. The hotel's lift didn;t work for most of or stay and we had to walk up to the reception area around 10 flights. there was no explanation from staff and no appology. We will never stay there again and probably never stay in another NOVA Hotel

Don’t drink the water

Great location, secure and generous sized room. My only gripe is the unsealed bottle of water they put in the fridge under the guise of being environmentally friendly. No way would I use this as there are no assurances that the contents have been tampered with or the bottle itself was in fact hygienic. Terrible idea! Bring your own water!!!!

Location excellent. That's about it. 1) Noise from workmen from outside as soon as we arrived fri afternoon, all morning Sat. Needs to be stated and price reduced. Not worth $250 a nite. 2) Bar fridge not working 3) Plug for hairdryer in Bathroom not working. Staff siad the master switch needed to be on. Tried that, still nothing. If thats the case suggest a wriiten note claiming so. 4) Rang Sat am for milk as only one in bar fridge. Rang 3 times, with staff saying they would bring up. I ended up going downstairs to retieve. Very poor service. Just for milk in our coffee. 5) Concierge helpful when we were leaving. Woeful Disappointed.
