We had a lovely stay. The property itself is lovely with an AMAZING gym and lovely buffet breakfast. Cheaper than Park Royal but many more inclusions. Only complaints- Curtains too thin to block out the light and the lack of pedestrian crossings make it difficult to walk back to the airport.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Good unless you need to catch a flight. Staffs were so un friendly, like they doing us a favour. Room was good but very small. Parking though you pay for it have to go to reception and validate every time you need to drive out. Buffet was also not as good as other Novotel hotels have. I won’t stay there again
