Really nice room, bed, tub, and shower. The room I stayed in was really warm. I had difficulty sleeping because of it. I couldn't figure out the AC or it might have been broken. But I never raised this as an issue with the staff, so they weren't given the opportunity to fix it while I was there.

While comfotable, it needs updating, making it overpriced for what you get. The spa looked dirty and unmaintained. Very convenient for long term parking next door and shuttle to and from airport.

All interactions with staff were positive. Dining in their restaurant was a good experience. Took the airport shuttle bus without problem. Room (deluxe) was clean but basic - only one pillow per person (a spare in the closet had a clearly dirty cover on it) one bath towel each, refillable containers for soap, no bedside lamps, lack of convenient power outlets, basic furniture, two glass cups sitting out in the open/unwrapped in the bathroom next to the toilet. The entry to room had a small hallway that was quite narrow and with a lot of luggage this was a challenge. Room was quiet, couldn’t hear other guests and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
