I loved that there was close things to do near by. All of the places were walking distance so you didn’t have to drive anywhere. Things were very convenient for me. Staff were great and handled checking in so smoothly and fast. The rooms were clean and quite satisfactory. We didn’t need for anything, they came quickly; handled it expeditiously. We were on our way to our room in no time. I will be coming back to stay here again.

Beds were never made; fresh towels were not brought in; coffee cups and plastic glasses were not replaced nor were coffee packets; not handicappped friendly--no grab bars in the shower/tub and very low seated toilet; the only handicapped accessible rooms had one bed and we needed two. On the positive was that there was a microwave, refrigerator and a coffee maker.

The location was great and easy to find. They were signs that they were renovating, although I didn’t see any workers. Definitely needs upgrades. You could hear conversations from the room beside you very clearly. Walls were very thin apparently. Rooms were fairly clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Won’t stay again until renovations are complete.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel on November 20th for one night before our cruise, and it was such a pleasant experience! Martha checked us in, and she went above and beyond to help sort out a reservation issue. Fran, the other front desk clerk, was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Both of them made us feel so welcome and comfortable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again whenever I’m in the Melbourne area visiting family. Thank you, Martha and Fran, for making our stay so enjoyable!

It was a nice room for a great price and Martha at the front desk was so nice! Only 15 to 20 minutes from the beach and only 5 minutes from Brevard Zoo which was nice. Plus a walmart near by incase you forgot any essentials for your trip.
