I stayed at this hotel recently while traveling with my service dog and unfortunately had an upsetting experience at check-in. When I arrived, the front desk staff asked me—loudly and in front of other guests—what kind of disability I have. I politely informed them that I wasn’t comfortable disclosing that information, referencing my right to privacy under HIPAA. Despite this, they insisted that I provide details, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. It’s important for hotel staff to be trained on the legal rights of individuals with service animals and to understand that they are not entitled to inquire about the nature of a guest’s disability. This experience left a very negative impression on what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope the hotel will take this as an opportunity to educate their team and ensure a more respectful and inclusive experience for all guests.

I’m not sure how this hotel has so many 5 star reviews, they must be paid or free stays but don’t be fooled like I was unfortunately. We had a horrible stay the weekend of May 16th-18th. The room we were given had many issues, the blind would not close and so the bright light was shining in from sunrise, waking up the whole family. Secondly we had an alarm clock that was set to go off every 15 minutes from 6am and we could not turn it off or unplug it as it’s plugged in under the bed. We also did not receive any room Service our entire stay. The “manger” was apparently not there the whole weekend to help with any the issues we were having and the other staff although nice seemed pretty clueless. Breakfast was pretty terrible too. Not many good things to say and would not stay here again.

They charge a daily fee for parking. I don't think that is fair to the customer staying at the facility. How else a is a customer supposed to get to the motel? The housekeeping staff although mostly attentive, did not replace an empty box of tissues over a three-day period. Not really a big deal, but I think they should have noticed the box was empty and refill it.
