The hotel is very tired and the smell that comes from the apartments on the floor I stayed that you got hit with as you left the left to get back into the hotel was bore horrendous. I had to go through 4 doors with luggage to get to my room due to the lifts being serviced - the should out bell boys on to convert luggage to and from the room during the lifts being out. Parking was quite a pain here as lots were limited in the basement carpark that the hotel partnered with, had to avail street parking quite a lot. Hotel's surrounding wasn't ideal or clean. Reception had this strangely sweet smell which could have been air freshener carpets. Lift didn't seem to work properly and there was loud hammering noises at times for works during the morning. Hotel lift didn't require a card to tap to your floor so I generally felt security was quite lacking. Room was clean and spacious enough, housekeeping was done well. Staff were helpful and efficient.

Staff were very welcoming, upgraded my room on arrival. Room was large and clean, very comfortable bed. Hotel was having maintenance on the elevators which was inconvenient, but not a major problem. Would be very happy to recommend and will stay again.
