From the moment we walked in the hotel we felt welcome. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel was central for shopping, so many choices for dinning and theatre's to see a show. The rooms were clean, comfy and had all the extras i look for, like face washers , nice bathroom products, good size bar fridge, great pillows, comfortable chairs, nice bed, and a yummy buffet breakfast. Best, this was all at a very good price. Highly reccomend of theatres in walking distance.

Quieter part of town (less foot traffic and no tram/train noises). Handy to theatre, array of dining options. As always Melbourne is very walkable. Property (Nov 2024) undergoing some fantastic renovations and upgrades that will be brilliant when completed. There is little to no interference from this during your stay.

I liked the great price, room was clean and spacious, welcoming staff. The only downfall was the lifts. In the middle of renovating, you have to go through 3 /4 narrow doors and small corridors to get to the hotel lift. Seperate lifts for tne odd number floors anda another for even floors. Like a rabbit warren and it's very confusing for the 1st couple of times that you use it.

Room was clean and spacious. I think it had been recently renovated as there was some renovations still going on in the hotel. Reception area was a bit outdated, but room was great.

Best location, right in the middle of the city, pretty much close to everything like chinatown, malls, trams, theatre. Great views from the king size high level floor so i would highly recommend that room when booking. Nice big room and comfy bed. Customer service from staff at front desk & restaurant was 5 star, excellent service. Thanks Team, will definitely stay here again when i come back. Cheers, Mealofa

Had a really good stay. Staff were excellent and very accomodating. Hotel rooms were newly renovated and very modern. Location is on the edge of the city but very walkable so was good. Only issue was the lifts were having maintenance which definitely took away some of the experience. Had to wait for extended times or even use their service elevator at one point. Also very loud during the day but it’s fine if you are out. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms either, maybe due to the maintenance going on. Regardless still had a very good stay and would recommend.
