You pay $300 per night and you don’t get robes ,you ask for towels or hangers and they could not give till next day because household staff went home?? They have 4 wash machines and all we’re broken. No shaver plugs.

Nice property but room cleaning staff didn’t take old dishes which is gross. They were left sitting for 2 days. Don’t bother eating there as the food is rank. The burger was probably one of the worst I’ve had and breakfast was very average. Try the Korean downstairs, it’s delicious!

Property was great but ut was hard to sleep with the doof doof from somewhere in the neighbourhood (which wasnt there last time I stayed). Bring earplugs.

Lovely hotel in a excellent location. Just minutes from the train station and the airport bus service. All of the main city attractions are within easy distance and the free tram service takes you all over. lt's in a quiet location in the main core of the city. The breakfast is plentiful and very good. If you want nice hotel easy access to the city, this is it.

The hotel room was immaculate and the room cleaners were absolutely fantastic and very friendly. However we only had 2 towels and 2 cups for 4 people, the air conditioner did not work the whole time were we there which made it impossible to sleep, it was cool outside however the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The iron didn’t work,it would heat up and turn off once hot. Parking was expensive and cost far more than the parking station beside it $14 per night for the weekend versus $35.00 for the hotel. We had paid in advance otherwise we would not have parked there. I was quite disappointed as the Holiday inn at Mascot is impeccable.

Nice place in the heart of the city. Easy to get around. Breakfast could use a little attention, ie watery scrambled eggs, coffee machines not as good as espresso, etc, but it was eatable.
