I would not recommend this Hilton, the rooms were not available at check in. Check is was at 4 but the rooms were not available until 4:30 very frustrating after a day of travel with my family of 6. Poor service from the front desk in handling this. The property also needs to be refurbished. I had family staying at the Hyatt Melbourne near by, this is a much better option clean fresh feeling. I would not recommend this Hilton.

Shower problems

The shower has a terrible design. The glass door by the shower nozzles don’t open. So I slide the other door to get in. The shower gels and shampoo are right below the shower head. I have to turn on the water while I’m right next to it and it’s cold! The safety grip is by the door that doesn’t open. Why have a safety grip there? No one can enter or exit the shower there? It must be there just to check a box, not help

Expedia charged extra for breakfast when booking and we were charged again at the Hilton. No communication? Other than that it's nice to have a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Breakfast was nice and fresh.

Stayed in a double queen room and both beds were uncomfortable, saggy, and old! The room was very old and smelled like cigarette (it was a balcony room so I’m sure people smoke on that). It was as clean as it could be for the age I guess but it wasn’t worth the cost

Was told that my discount would be applied once I get to hotel because my online booking could not do it and they had not many handicap parking and no continental breakfast, basically nothing to honor their guest for free and prices of Resturant was to expensive after the cost just to stay there was not worth it and we should have been charged a group rate with all my family stayed there to attend a funeral that came out of town for.

Non Working TV in My CEO’s room . Checked in Late and Room 2 of 3 rooms not ready. I feel sure this was last time We ever stay at this Facility again.
