Where located was convenient. The beds were terrible, all single pushed together and hard. Tea and coffee limited with off milk and toiletries not enough to even bother. Parking was expensive. $30 a night there yet $20 and $15 elsewhere

Rude staff on check in as I had booked in my preferred name and got a lecture that it needed to match my ID. I have never had this problem anywhere else in the world. Room was noisy, tiny and not particularly clean ( mould in the shower). I had to carry my suit case up a flight of stairs after getting off the lift to reach my room. The hot breakfast was barely warm 30mins after the buffet opened. I would not stay here again.

The price was great value for this location, the room was very clean. the queen bed had excellent pillows, sheets etc, and the breakfast pricing was unbelievably cheap.

Service is a 4, lovely people and very helpful staff. Room was a 3, carpet was quite dirty along the wall edges and there is no water tap except for the bathroom to gather drinking water. TV also froze and remote wouldn’t work.

A good stay for the price. However, we had someone trying to follow us to our room or even the restaurant inside the building, which was unsafe. And the staff mentionned that those people are like that and they are in the lobby everyday. However, the staff was good and they escorted us safely.
