First night there was one thin blanket on the bed, rather than going downstairs I used a BATHROOM TOWEL on my blanket for warmth. AIR CONDITIONING MEANS HEATING in room -which the rooms show is available. One guest in the elevator had a mini heater given by staff UNBELIEVABLE. THE NOISE FROM outside window WAS TERRIBLE too, an engine HUM all night and all day. Most disappointed in noise and no heating for a HOTEL in CBD.

Convenient to public transport. Spencer street station is just across the road; I didn't like the air-conditioning which is out of control of tenants. I didn't like the free Wifi. If you have problem, you need to dial outside for assistance which I had spent long time to fix and not quite acceptable as we can't spend too much time on this trivial matter!

Three-night stay for a conference was very central to transport from airport and to Exhibition Centre. A little background noise with traffic, train etc but it is a big city so all good.

No information given about using key cards to use lifts and turn on lights in room- work it out yourself. Skirting boards all filthy and need wash. Staff in restaurant at night- great/ helpful friendly. Desk staff at reception very friendly but should ask if been there b4 and explain keycards. Would stay again . Great location to southern cross. Happy hour from 5 -7 great -with special cheaper foods during that time-

Great location but the room itself was quite outdated and troublesome. All windows were barred so they couldn't be opened and the heating, cooling and fan system was playing up so the night sleep was rough with uneven temps. Staff were lovely.

Budget accommodation was as expected - room was clean and tidy but Room 120 had a trip hazzard (step Down) as you entered the room that was not clearly marked as a hazzard. An older person may have issues entering this room. Matter was referred to the staff.

usually i get a really good room, but this year i got a very bad room where there was major gaps in the door that allowed a lot of light in, there was no proper duvet for the bed and i just had multiuple sleepless nights.
