Definitely would rate this property as a 2 star. I’m not sure if it was coming from the outdated AC in the room but there was dust particles everywhere including on the bed sheets. Looks nicer in the pictures than in person. Is due for major upgrades. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. Very convenient location to Southern Cross Station though.

Quite noisey - hearing footsteps from the room above quite early of a morning was a downside. Otherwise close to stadium & east access to trams etc

Rude staff on arrival

On arrival to this motel the line was very long, due to a injury my mum tryed to check us in and was told she couldn’t after waiting in line for 20min and that there was no car parks available ( even know I had call twice to ask about car parking) the stuff were so rude didn’t even tell us where our room was on level 6. Payed $360 for two people for one night on a Friday night, there is holes in carpet rubish under the beds, list goes on, if it was a cheap room you would stay here but at this price and the rudeness I wouldn’t recommend it at all

Location: 10/10 Bed: 8/10 Surrounding Restaurants: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Shower: 1/10 Unfortunately, the shower temperature fluctuates from warm to freezing to boiling all within a minute. You will be jumping in and out of the water stream constantly to avoid being scalded. The fluctuation generally continues throughout the shower time. So, if you like nice warm showers, you will not be pleased.

I actually liked this place. The room we had was clean and modern. The property was within walking distant to the station, Sealife and restaurants. Parking wasn't cheap but it was easy. I will definitely stay here again.
