Expected more of The Grand Hyatt
Excellent service, great restaurant, very ordinary room. Broken toilet seat, shower wouldn’t turn off and leaked, bathroom door very difficult to close, graffiti scratched into the back of the wardrobe door, noisy with slamming doors and children of other guests running up and down the hallway, and people moving around upstairs. Quiet to outside (street) noise. Air conditioning was difficult to get to right temperature.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable - we had a great sleep. We thought the price of the buffet breakfast was a little expensive so we decided to walk to one of the many nearby cafes instead. Upon checkin we were offered a room upgrade for a small extra fee - so glad we took them up on the offer because the view of the river and sporting arenas was beautiful!
