the word scum is to good for this place room was dirty and had a bad smell slept with close on for fear of bed bugs stayed for a couple of days room was not cleaned at all whilst i was there lights in the lift floor level dont work and every time you push a button the overhead lights go out there are no staff except for one guy who sits in a bubble at the end of the hallway for a few hours a day that cant help you with any thing you have to step over homeless people to get in the door avoid like the plauge absolute craphole

Arrived at check in and had to call a number, Took 10 minutes for person to arrive at front desk and check us in. Hallway lights flickering and smelt like smoke. A/C noisy and didn’t work properly. Window didn’t shut and stayed open. Could hear everything during the night (traffic, trams, people) Spoke to management about this concern and he didn’t care. Construction outside started work at 7am next morning. Mould in bathroom. Only positive is location.

Even though we arrived in the allocated time for checkin there was no one at reception. We were provided instructions on accessing the key and how to get to our room. We were locked out of the building after returning from a night out with only the reception number to contact which went straight to voicemail. No response was provided until 9.30am the following morning via text providing the number to access the building. It was shear luck that we managed to access the property through another traveller otherwise we would have had to seek alternative accommodation. I know you get what you pay for but this was terrible and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I also had my young daughter with me and frankly we were quite scared with the lack of assistance from this property.

Not the greatest.

All we did was have a quick overnight stay after our flight. This place was tolerable but really not great. You definitely get what you pay for. If they have it a really thorough cleaning (corners, grout, caulking) & replaced the carpet it would definitely be more appealing. Also needs either better or extra pillows. Overall, it was OK for our one night but wouldn’t chose it again

If you're after a clean bed and cheap option - this is perfect. There is no parking, the doors don't automatically lock, the mould is pretty deadly, and everything is breaking down. I don't think I'll be back

The bedsite light did not work and I mentioned this to the young man on Sunday morning but nothing was done about it. Another lady on Saturday also complained that it wasn't working in her room. This is a very dangerous situation as it is very dark and having to stumble to the bathroom in the night could be catastrophic. I hope the guy realises the implications of an accident.
