I’ve been here before and had a great experience, but unfortunately this time everything went wrong, when my partner and I got to the hotel the staff were very rude and rushing the check-in process even though we were the only costumers at reception, they didn’t check my partner in, they only took my name and credit card because the booking was under my name, the next day I went for a business meeting and my partner was working from the hotel. He went out for breakfast but when he went back to the hotel his key didn’t work, so he went to reception to get a new one and the staff refused to give him a new key because his name wasn’t on the records which I understand they won’t give a key to anyone who gets to the hotel asking for one, but the guy who refused to replace his key or give him access to our room was the same one who didn’t do his job well the previous day and did not check him in, he only said he saw us arrive together and talk but he didn’t know we were together which it doesn’t make sense to me because we were obviously together since we both asked him questions at the reception the day we got to the hotel, and also why on earth did he give us 2 keys at first place? My partner couldn’t work that day and had to go to a park near the hotel and wait until I came out of my meetings 4 or 5 hours later. 😠 the room was dirty, dust everywhere and the car park gate wasn’t working either. We’ll back to Melbourne in December but sadly not to Atlantis hotel

Shocked as normally have great rooms.
It was comfortable, but the room could do with some maintenance. Skirting boards in room missing and could do with a paint. Also the toilet seat was loose, tried to tighten but unable. I have stayed here many times but never had a room that looked tired and needed attention

Across the road and down a bit from Southern Cross Station, so very convenient and short (~5 min walk) if you're travelling by train or taking the Skybus to/from the airport. It's not the nicest corner of Melbourne CBD but it's fine, especially during the day. Across the road from Coles supermarket for essentials. Maybe not the newest or fanciest hotel, but still in very good nick and very good value given its location - not just for being in Melbourne CBD but also its proximity to Southern Cross as well. And the room was pretty spacious too.

하루지내기 적당한 호텔
좋은점은 18층 기준 위치한 층에 재방기가 있어서 가장 좋았다. 첫날 스카이버스타고 시티 내려서 걸어서5분거리에 위치에 있었고 전체적으로 무난한곳이었다. 트램도 1-2분거리에 있었고 100불 초반에 예약을 했고 가성비 좋았다. 뷰는 좋았지만 창문은 없었고, 방은 크진 않았지만 쇼파도 있고 하루지내기 적당하였다. 다들 친절하였고 추천함
