Sadly not up to scratch. Stayed before. Lacked professional service room had a cockroach TV didn’t work very well. Very slow. Really unhappy when I requested the photocopy of drivers license and credit card back when I left. There is no reason for them to keep this information but really quite rude when I requested it back staff member kept shaking his head and then through it at me.

I enjoyed the pool and sauna. The hallways smelled like cat urin and the carpets in the room looked a bit moldy. Also staff were nice to let us check in early, but when i asked for directions to get back to our car a few hours later a different staff member replied in a very condescending way.
