Room was decently clean. Polite and courteous staff. Clean beds. Good breakfast. Did not like room service. Trash was left in the room as it is. No microwave, water kettle was rusty, no plastic paper cups or glasses provided.

Listed as a 4 star property that has no restaurant or bar? There is a couple of vending machines in the lobby if you want snacks and soda. But 4 stars? They advertise a $10 food and beverage credit which actually translates as $10 off continental breakfast because they have nothing else. Staff at the desk were somewhat abrasive. Didnt appear to enjoy being at work. Room was ok, again very basic for a property of 4 stars but it was neat and tidy. Dated furnishings.

Beautiful property, clean and conveniently located in the CBD. The one thing that they will need to chaqange is a policy where they photocopy your credit card!! I have travelled a bit and this is the first time I've heard of a policy where a hotel, any hotel photocopies your credit card! Other than that, everything was excellent.
