Our room was different from what it looks like in the picture on the app. The room was very stuffy and it seemed like the room was closed for weeks and the air conditioning did not work properly, we could not change the temperature or the speed of the fan. However the staff has been very welcoming and nice to us.

The locat6oa great ..over the road from train station and airport connection, tram right out the front. The hotel is very clean although dates. The beds could do withan upgrade. I will stay here again

Great location and friendly staff. I was visiting Melbourne from another country and was struggling to book a tour (credit card kept getting declined and couldn't call because it'd be too expensive on my phone plan). One of the employees graciously called over there and helped me finalize the tour booking. A little kindness goes a long way and I will happily recommend Atlantis to anyone staying in Melbourne.

Check in was dreadful - THE MOST unfriendly person (male) at desk when we arrived - no smile & just couldnt be bothered almost to point of being rude. Why is he working with the public??
