Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend

Great all round hotel and comfortable stay

All round great hotel and enjoyable stay, clean spacious room, comfortable bed and polite attentive staff. I did find some design choices slightly odd and can imagine would become irritating for longer stays: Black lettering signage around the hotel corridors is, against a dark wall covering in a dim lit space, so difficult to read and navigate floor level/ room numbers. The fridge opened the opposite direction to the cupboard meaning you had to fully open the cupboard everytime, no soft close draws or cupboards. Glass doors into the bathroom and shower open into the confined space and got in the way, this should be a sliding door. No full length mirror in room. The bedside lamps were a harsh white light and linked to the main ceiling lights. The door onto the balcony had a huge threshold that you almost always tripped over. There was a sofa in the middle of the main lobby entrance. No menus or information about the restaurant/ breakfast in the room. Room service? Toiletries were plastic heavy and replaced everyday, I opened a bar of soap and used it once before it was thrown away and replaced, same with towels, using it once and it was replaced, this was extremely wasteful.

The location and proximity to transport /trams is brilliant! The facilities and views stunning. The customer service could do with a bit of customer training 101. Most staff members were great. However, one concerned us and he almost didn’t want to help.

A little customer service training will help

The room was good , comfortable and in an excellent location. However, some of the front staff did have attitude and a little abrupt. Overall the stay was pleasant.
