We had an amazing stayworkation. So happy to find a family owned place with such easy access to the ocean. Everything was brand new and you could tell that the management takes great pride in ownership. Loved having the luxury suite to go to sleep and wake up to the magical sounds of the ocean and the East Coast sunrises! We can’t wait to make this place a staple in our visits to Melbourne.

We had a fantastic time. It was myself and three other girlfriends. We booked the family suite 1 king, 1 queen, and a sofa bed. My friends were going to sleep on the queen but the springs were broken and digging in their back. Thankfully the sofa bed mattress was actually comfortable and they slept on there. Otherwise, the location was perfect.

Great place! Can wait to return. If you want to get out of the busy beach areas and have a quiet beach vacation this place is great! They have a warm pool cute clean rooms and beach chairs and pool towels for use, but bring your own shampoo and conditioner the provided one is awful.

We had an excellent stay at the Melbourne Beach Resort. Manager Amy was wonderful to deal with - and she went above and beyond expectations by shipping some forgotten items to us after we departed. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and sparkling clean with good amenities. The beach was steps away, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. Dining options were plentiful in the town of Melbourne Beach, a 10 minute drive away. We can definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.

Rented a 1 bedroom suite with an extra bed. Very cute place, a lot of thought put into the decor. Bed was comfy enough. Amy whom I believe is the manager or owns it is super nice and helpful. There are some things that is good to know before. No handrails going up the stairs (yes stairs) to get into the bathroom and no grab bars in the shower creates a safety hazard. The main room could use another comfy chair besides just a couch and a table and chairs and a nightlight. But over all, it was beautiful place where you are literally heàr the waves crashing inside your room. Very peaceful. Would visit again

We loved our stay here! From the check in process with the lovely staff, we felt welcome and loved the vibes. It's located right on the beach with access to a quieter part of the space coast so you feel like you have the entire beach to yourselves. They have umbrellas and chairs that you can use and bring down to sit as well as a shower to spray off the sand before you go back to your room. Our room was clean, with a comfy bed and lots of pillows and towels. We would definitely come back and stay here, we loved everything about it.
