The pool was very cold. The hot tub was nice but the main pool was very cold. The parking lot was icy but other than those it was wonderful. Staff are friendly and rooms are very nice. Clean and well managed.

A Great Stay
As always, wonderful staff in all roles related to accommodation. The rooms are excellent and location is easily accessible from the TransCanada highway. Lots of nearby amenities. We have stayed here many times and are always appreciative of the suite with kitchenette. The one thing that we feel is excessive and inappropriate is the calculation of the pet fee. The charge is daily for pet fee cleaning, yet room refreshing is every two days. How does this make sense?
