Its an old hotel; people were alright. Smelled; room wasn’t great, i reserved a king bed at the pool as advertised on Expedia to find out they only had two queens so whatever we accepted go to the room and they are doubles, not queens. Toilet was on the fritz, the sink didn't drain. Kids running around everywhere. Won’t be going back. Price wasn’t even worth it.

The stay was good. Toilet ran most of the night. Bed was overly hard. Front desk was wonderful and fast for check in. Having the spa within the hotel was nice .

Beyond ghetto activities happening in a once very luxurious, pleasant place. Hotel allows guests too : grill hotdogs at the side of the pool. Have 30 people sitting along the pool. Pool staff parks their butt in the corner on their phone, and scold small children for putting their used towel in the wrong place. Allows guests to play ball hockey in the hallways. Doesnt answer the front desk phone. Doesnt offer upgrades or complimentary services advertised. One of the worst hotel experiences ive had in a very long time. Over run with ghetto activities. No security. Absolutely no desire to make it right, listen to your complaints, or rectify any issues in any way. Being woken up at 830 to kids playing ball hockey, was pretty outlandish for me.

We were so disappointed with this stay. The hotel as a whole, including the rooms and the pool area, is desperately in need of major renovations. Our room had a cheap paintjob to cover the old wallpaper but the bathroom was worse - it was ancient and had black stains on the tile grout, and the bathroom door was disintegrating from getting wet over the last 30 years. The beds were small and felt like old, wobbly spring mattresses with no toppers. The "free" breakfast was so tasteless, we skipped it the 2nd morning and went to a restaurant instead. The waterslide is still fun for our kids, but the pool area is old and depressing, with entire planters and the hot tub filled in with cement. We won't stay here again until they upgrade the property.

Noisy poorly controlled A/C . At first far too warm in winter. Temp reset but so loud it woke us up everytime it came on.We considered turning it completely off but decided noise preferable to freezing to death indoors. Leaky faucet.
