This was a great place to stay. Comfy rooms, Clean hotel, Nice pool, good breakfast. Only drawback is that my room had a shower instead of a tub, so if you if have littles that’s something to keep in mind.

Tip Culture

The hotel was busy and the elevator was quite dirty. Our room was good but you received a text to schedule housekeeping and that came with a cash free tip option. Tip Culture is out of control we are paying over a hundred dollars a room hotels have to be paying a living wage. First time I have encountered this was not a good look.

The house keeping staff here are the BEST and kindest ladies I’ve ever met! My golden retriever was spoiled beyond measure by these ladies with treats, pets, toys and love! Thank you so much for such a great experience for him, your kindness is so appreciate. I will definitely stay here again when in town visiting family :)

About 630am a dog across the hallway was barking, whining and scratching at door non stop. I called down to front desk, gave them room number etc and nothing was done. About 830am I confronted the dogs owners as they returned from breakfast and was told to “shut up”. I then went down to front desk and let them know, again… nothing was done. Terrible customer service and we won’t return. Too bad as we have stayed here numerous times in the past.

Check in was easy and the attendant at the front was very friendly. Room was good, but when we used the hair dryer the power went out. Little plug in's on one side of the bed. Beds were average. Breakfast was good. No complaints as there was lot of variety and changed the 2 days we were there. Overall was a pleasant stay.

This is a great place to stay with a family. Restaurants are close bye and shopping is right outside the hotels front door. The room was clean however the bed was horrible. Our mattress has seen better days, so uncomfortable that sleeping was a chore......

This is an exceptionally well maintained hotel. The price was maybe a bit higher than others we’ve stayed at in the neighbourhood but much cleaner and quieter. The staff were really excellent, from front desk to cleaning staff. At check-out I chatted with the GM who was just really friendly and pleasant. Great pool and hot tub too.

Room reserved is not the room given to us. The front desk told us, they fail to updates Expedia regarding room available. Not considerable because it’s their negligence. Room occupied is smelly and I ask for air freshener but still smelly. Won’t recommend this property to friends and family.
