The woman at the continental breakfast was helpful and sweet. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. The pool had toys that were dirty. Was our only complaint. Having Safeway across the street is very convenient and walkable to downtown.

Amazing Stay
This was our first stay at Stratford Inn, and we were so impressed that we have already booked our stay for next year's OSF. The atmosphere and ambiance was wonderful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pillows were a bit too thin for my taste, but overall everything else was above and beyond expectations.

There is simply no better place to stay in Ashland for the price. It is an extremely well-run hotel. We always stay there. Plus, the Continental breakfast is the best anywhere. We will be back.

The woman who greeted us in the dining room for breakfast and explained how everything was set up was fabulous, Along with a wonderful Halloween dragon and beautiful organ music. It made a huge difference having someone explain where everything is and how it worked and also the breakfast was delicious and very healthy. I would definitely come back to this Inn.
