Loved the modern rooms. Their use of space is key. The desk separates the room and it feels like two different rooms. The door to the bathroom is a pocket door and gives more room. My new go-to hotel!
This hotel is near our airport and I used Park and fly to leave my car. Upon return, I stayed overnight in a beautiful, new, luxurious room! Hotel is obviously new and very well done! The room layout would be very conducive to a couple—workspace handy and sofa lovely. My only somewhat negative observation is a lack of microwave and refrigerator. These would make this room perfect!

Unsafe Parking and Lack of Professionalism
I stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Medford Airport and am deeply disappointed with their lack of professionalism in handling an issue that arose during my stay. After checking out, I discovered significant damage to my car. I immediately reported the damage to the hotel and requested assistance. I was informed that they would check the security cameras, but I have not received any response or help from hotel management for a month. I am now facing an unexpected expense of $800 for car repairs, which is distressing and has left me feeling frustrated. Please avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want a nightmare experience!!!

This property appears to be brand new. It is just a few minutes from the airport by shuttle. The exercise room is very well equipped with a variety of machines, weights, kettle balls, yoga mats, etc. Staff is courteous. Breakfast offerings are the usual fare; the coffee is good.
