Room was spacious, clean and dog friendly. They are currently renovating the exterior which has a nice riverfront patio. Staff was excellent. This is the best hotel that we've stayed in at Grants Pass. We will definitely stay here next time!

Wonderful. Lovely view from the room and balcony.comfortable room, well equipped. Excellent bed extremely comfortable, with enough blankets and comforter that we were able to sleep with the sliding door opened, 37F outside. Love the place. Third or 4th visit!

Wonderful Repeat Stay
Very nice stay during the weekend. Mon.-Fri the hotel was undergoing renovation work. Our room was very nice, however our wonderful river view was obscured with scaffolding.

There were no grab bars in the shower and only a small rubber mat. That is NOT SAFE. Also, it was not a walk-in shower. One had to step over the side of the tub to get in. There was a grab bar on the wall at that point to make the transition. But once in the tub one had to be very careful not to slip. This is not acceptable or good business. One good lawsuit would more than justify the cost of the grab bars and a bigger rubber mat in all showers.

There was scaffold leak outside of our balcony mean that somewhat obstructed the view of the river. Also, the elevator was out of order and the facility is old. We were warned about the scaffolding and the elevator.
