The front desk woman was rude. We got all the way to our room and our keys did not work. I called the front desk and the woman was very short, ill tempered and rude in answering how we should get our keys.

Rooms stunk of chemical musty old not disable friendly no elevator carpet wore out rooms ran down kids screaming running around one kid peeing on parked car tire staff member said could not refund money had to talk to manager and said Expedia had to refund my money then Expedia gave Me the run around about the hotel had to refund money. The hotel was not up to standards for I or My 87 Year old elder to stay in. The room stunk and neither one of us able to drag heavy suit cases up flights of stairs. I will be contacting the highest in command Expedia and Quality Inn for a refund.

On my return trip, I chose this property for a second time. A couple of things I didn't like were the road construction that blocked the main exit from the back parking, and no elevator to the second floor, nor any bellman. The only way up is via a steep set of stairs and its not easy while carrying luggage and using the handrail. The breakfast room was super crowded so I went up to my room to eat rather than taking up a table for 4 by myself. Finally, the front desk staff told me that the type of room I booked was only available on the second floor. Wish that was mentioned on Expedia, so I could have made a different choice.
