Found it very noisy when our neighbors were leaving, the weather seal on the bottom of the door was broken, and the shower didnt seem to get hot despite waiting 5 minutes

I checked into my room and notice i only had four tv channels. The manger came down and rest the tv. While she was there she notced the heater wasbt working that great she brought us anither heater. The tv didnt rest so she brought us keys for another room plus made sure before we got there that the room had the football game on it and the heater going in the room. She is great!!!

I had to disinfect and sterilize and clean my room. Owner was un accommodating and rude . Laundry facilities were filthy, I had to clean machines in order to use. There was no hot water for several day and no heat for over a month. Some staff was helpful. Clean sheets.

Beware of room 152!
The lady at the front desk was really nice. Room 152 however, left me with more than a hundred burning, itching, oozing bites all over my body where my skin was exposed. The room smelled like a cat had been living there a while so I assumed it was fleas. I called the front desk after I checked out in case they would like to fumigate and the girl simply said "thanks for telling us" and hung up on me. That's it. I took pics of my disgusting arms, went to urgent care and have been on meds for a few days and haven't healed yet. Doctor has no idea what it is. Enter at your own risk.... especially room 152!!

The tv's are bad and wasnt able to watch the football game because only part of the channels are coming in. The tv had 3 bright spots in it.
