The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable (and that was saying something considering the heat while we were there). The only negative point was the pool, which was green and had things floating in it. :(

Wonderful stay with great breakfast!
After a bumpy start (the room type we were promised upon booking was apparently located below ground level with stairs only (no elevator down), unbeknownst to us— not ideal for a family with small child and loads of luggage…) but the front desk agent finally was able to offer another room type after noting our desperation. The room was wonderful and quiet with a great comfy bed. The breakfast was surprisingly wonderful (make your own Belgian waffle!) and staff very kind. This hotel is pretty secluded right off the highway - nowhere near downtown Ashland - but we didn’t mind the drive to the “cool” side of town.

This hotel was great for a one night stay passing through. Super easy I-5 access & the breakfast had quite a few options. Comfortable bed, it was clean and had an indoor pool and hot tub open 24 hours.
