I booked one night here at the property. I have a receipt and a confirmation number and they would not allow me to check in from Expedia in over 15 years of traveling and using Expedia. I’ve never had a hotel tell me they can’t check me in over an hour I waited at the front counter and they still cannot help me, I want to leave. I booked another hotel paid more money and then they miraculously found me a room after I paid for another hotel so I paid double the money they do not speak English at the counter and they were very unwilling to help

Great Hotel, Only issue was the replenishment of the bathroom soaps lotion etc. the bath soap was thick on our first night, however after room service the next day, the bath soap had a watery consistency it was as if they added water to it. We were there 6 nights and the lotions shower caps were never restocked. Just a side note: I had a discount from Expedia that they did not accept. There was no complimentary water and everything in the minibar had a price tag.

My friend’s and I loved this hotel. Very clean, beautiful, nice rooftop. The employees at the front desk are really nice and kind. My only gripe was breakfast is pretty pricey and honestly not that great. The staff at breakfast also treated us like we were going to skip out on paying for breakfast which was pretty weird considering they had our room numbers. Strange interaction but I just let it be. Other than that perfect place to stay in Medellin

I’ve stayed many times and have never been disappointed. The Staff, restaurant, cleanliness and Room are awesome….Just one incident …You’re Welcomed to your room with a Complimentary Bottle of water. Upon inspection I noticed the bottle wasn’t “Sealed” ( Very Unsanitary ) and it was filled with “Tap Water”. It also said that if you happen to take the bottle you’ll be Charged $5. Not Very “Welcoming”.

What I liked about the property was that it was very clean, staff was friendly and it was on one of the main streets so access to all the forms of transportation, restaurants and shopping areas were available. The flowers (due to the festival) gave the place a unique appearance and beautiful smell. The only downfall to this property was that I felt like I did not get the best value for money when I stayed there. The both elevators took forever to arrive and your key card only granted access to your floor so my friends who were on other floors consistently had to meet at the lobby, the spa, restaurant or pool to swap personal items. House keeping came everyday but they did not replenish the creams and other toiletries. They even added water to dilute the liquid bath soap. The restaurants on compound were very convenient but the food wasn’t spectacular and the pool was ridiculously small. The alcohol shots were light. The hotel should be an adults only hotel as I think it would have been much more relaxing without the noise of children.
