Great location with tons of restaurants on walking distance. Checking in and checking out was super easy and the shuttle from the airport made things easy as well

Comfortable stay but extra costs and no breakfast

Room was comfortable and spacious with excellent views. Hotels.com booking said breakfast was included but reception said it wasn't so we didn't get any. The extra cost charged, supposedly for insurance (per person per night), was frustrating - we didn't have this anywhere else in Colombia.

Very unfriendly staff, they charge extra upon arrival and they do not accept anyone going to your room! Delivery, quick visitors as your friends and family! Avoid this place! Very mean and unfriendly. Rooms are very small the shower is a joke!! You have to squeeze your self in to a small space and the restrooms gets all wet as you shower! Avoid this place if you can!!

This apartment hotel is one of the best in the area near the Segundo Parque de Laureles (Second Park of Laureles). The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful special thanks to the team at the lobby: Santiago, Carlos, Cristian, and Juan. The location is ideal, situated in the heart of an area filled with restaurants and lounges. Popular fast-food options like Burger King and McDonald’s are just minutes away. For those looking to experience Colombian nightlife, you can visit Carrera 70, a vibrant street located about a 20-minute walk from the hotel. It’s packed with restaurants, clubs, street food, and more. However, if you prefer a more relaxed vibe, the area around the hotel itself is perfect. The hotel is still under construction, and they are currently working on the rooftop. There is no restaurant at the hotel yet hopefully, they will add one in the future. However, they do have a small sitting area in the lobby with a café. Aside from that, the hotel is absolutely perfect.
