This hotel is great, the staff is professional, very attentive and highly focused on making your stay as good as possible. Great location and the rooms have large plate glass windows that open so you can enjoy the vibe of the city from your room. Great views, nicely finished and comfortable hotel. The hotel is very good about enforcing boundaries for you - a late guest can’t have breakfast, the amenities promised by a staff member are overridden by a manager (maybe they should train people better) - but in no rush to fix stuff that breaks or help you. The hotel made s small gesture after much arguing but the boring decor, loud location, and tacky vibe wouldn’t attract me again.

I loved it here while attending a feud concert nearb. It was very clean, private and felt romantic. Also a plus was the vibrant nightlife in poblado and provenza nearby. I will stay here again if possible.

Other than the check in process which was mainly one lady who checked me in the staff were pleasant, helpful and courteous. The hotel itself is nice and centrally located although this does mean it can be noisy with the windows open. There is a great cocktail service at your room door. The rooftop bar is really for young people as not very high standard and drinks in plastic cups.

Very Nice hotel with great views and big rooms. Unfortunately very restrictive on guests access and will charge you extra even though they only came to visit and not stay the night. Some of the front are neither discrete or courteous. I will not being staying again here anytime soon.

Not visitor friendly hotel
The staff at the hotel truly made the stay enjoyable. They were highly professional and seemed to genuinely appreciate their work. My only issues were the dirty bed sheets I encountered and the visitor policy. While visitors are allowed, they must be 21+ and provide two forms of ID, but digital IDs aren’t accepted, which feels outdated in today’s world. On the bright side, the food was excellent, and I’d gladly visit again.
