I tried to drop off some clothes to get them washed, that was at 9:30 am. There was a paper in the room to fill out the quantities and details and the paper clearly stated that drop off is until 10:00 am in the morning. The lady at front desk said it’s until 9:00 only, not 10:00as the paper says. We could not get our clothes organized and washed. Hotel Management needs to address this issue. Any other, the hotel was good. Rooms are quite small.
