I have had one of the strangest experiences ever after my arrival to the hotel reception informed they are overbooked and they need to move me to some other hotel which absolutely 10 times lower grade as a chain and hotel style I usually choose my hotel due to the practical location and to meet up with my customers at the same but without perior notification or any message this happens it’s one of the weirdest and unpleasant experiences happened because first I couldn’t sleep they ruined my business day which is the only I have because I have to go to another city tonight and from my reservation history you should notice that

Hard to get Uber they All go to the convention center that's like 250 m above so you have to wait for them to come back. And that's not like a real complaint either more of a slight inconvenience. the staff the breakfast the five star attention absolutely great property. Yeah sure there's nothing to do around there it's a convention Center area so take a $3 Uber closer to the party scene

Fantastic place to stay!
It was a taxi ride from everywhere but as a European the taxis we're cheap! It was a perfect balance of comfort, quietness and luxury when we were spending all day in the busy (amazing) city. The staff were kind and helpful. We would love to stay again.
