Worst staff ever. Arrived past 1am and could not find the reservation finally when found they said it was a lte check in and could not do. I called Hotels.com. They Contacted the hotel and they were rude and hang up on them and kept my money and had to go find another hotel. Never got a refund.

Very nicely maintained and clean hotel. The staff is very professional and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet that is included. I also like the layout and decor of the hotel. Also, a good number of the staff speak English. My Spanish is pretty decent but it is nice to know that I can communicate in English if I need to.

Great hotel
Great location 5-10 minute walk to provenza. The breakfast was great so was the restaurant downstairs. The staff was amazing. The only problem I had was my bed was a little uncomfortable but I didn’t say anything so that’s on me I’m sure they would’ve accommodated. I did also check in like almost 3 hours early and that’s what was available.. I’d definitely stay here again
