Nice hotel, very friendly staff. The restaurant was good and breakfast was varied and fresh. There was an issue with the TV (signal was not good and it would flicker constantly) I do have to say that when I pointed that out to the front desk they send two technicians to the room at once. Water in the shower was not really hot,it was lukewarm. Otherwise great place,great location,very convenient and accessible, many restaurants and eateries nearby.

One of the most centrally located hotel on El Poblado. Good rooms with great view, nice breakfast area. Loads of eating options. 2 Shopping malls in walking distance.
