The rooms are small. If you don't tell the hotel staff, they won't clean the bathroom or take out the trash daily. The pool wasn't in service. They didn't have room service. There was no ice when we asked for it. It's supposed to be smoke-free. The man downstairs was smoking marijuana. I told the hotel, but they did nothing. The breakfast was average, always cold food. Very expensive for such poor service. I would never return

I would love to give this hotel 5 starts in all areas, but unfortunately, even though is a relatively new hotel I don’t think is suitable for tourists that travel with partners or multiple people at once. The rooms and bed are very small, the bathroom area is tiny, doesn’t have a closet to storage your luggage they don’t have double beds room or a king size bed available either the pool area is very small and don’t provide room service. In other words that hotel is convenient for a person who will be visiting for 2 days minimum.

The hotel is very modern and clean, rooms are very tight and my only issue was that the day we arrived we entered the room and someone else was already installed in the room, the lady got so scared and I as well to find someone in there. Thank God she was dressed ! We had to go back down to reception who apologized for the mistake.

The place was very nice overall. The breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent—friendly and attentive. However, there was a lot of noise due to nearby construction, possibly even within the hotel itself. Another downside is the lack of parking, and it’s unclear whether parking will be available in the future. The hotel is located in a good area, but given the current inconveniences, the price should be lower. I hope they don’t raise it further.
