Pool was closed due to permitting. This would have been nice to know in advance. We may have booked somewhere else had we known ahead of time. Outside of this everything else was good. Great location. Great staff most spoke enough english to assist. Security was attentive and friendly. Gym was nice, Bar was hit or miss on if it was open.

All around a nice place but they are having some problems with staffing I believe because they are newly opened. They refused to serve breakfast and were unhelpful when I asked simple questions. For this reason I chose another hotel for my return trip.

The frontdesk is open 24/7 which is great for when you have early or late flights. The restaurants on site are great and convenient for when you want to stay a day in. Staff is also friendly, some do speak English if you’re a non-Spanish speaker.
