Juan Guillermo at the front desk m went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. All the staff was extremely professional and hard working. The house keeping ladies were on top of everything and did a great job. I really appreciate the hotel reaching out during the stay and making sure we were having a good or if there was anything they can do to help. All and all it was a great experience at the Hashtag 98.

Loved the hotel and the staff. All of my needs were met by friendly and professional staff. Hotel is close to food and attractions. Did not like that the area is very loud at night. Lots of music and people partying.

The property is central and walking distance to many desired places. The staff spoke english and were helpful. The room was clean. The blackout control in the room was unique and appreciated - certainly helped with getting to sleep. The restaurant at the property was nice and has a fantastic view. The floor in the shower stall was slippery. Suggesting a blanket for when the room gets cold.

The staff at the front desk was very polite & friendly. After my friends & I checked in we went to our rooms and noticed they looked a little smaller than what we saw online. The beds were very hard, and they didn't have any washcloths, just bath towels and hand towels for you to shower with. It was noisy at night, but I made do with it. We did enjoy the breakfast as well. I really wished the hotel had a pool also, but the overall stay was nice.
